- THANKS
- Thanks to all of the homeowners that attended the HOA Annual Meeting in person and on GOOGLE MEET. Additionally, thanks to all of our volunteers who keep our neighborhood looking good! We reached a quorum of lot ownders just 10 minutes prior to the meeting and we were able to Announce that Carla Chestnutt, Michael Davenport, and Julie Farris were elected to the board. Additionally, the proposition to extend two 2025 expiring board members (TBD who) one year to even out the board turnover.

- MANY THANKS TO WICK WICKLIFFE
- Wick Wickliffe served 9 years on the Board, most of that time as Treasurer. We are grateful to Wick for his attention to detail and our voice of fudiciary responsibility on the Board. I know Wick has some other things lined up to lead in the community and we wish him the best. He has agreed to work with our new Treasurer until her training wheels are off! THANK YOU WICK!!!

- POOL AND GAZEBO BATHROOM OPEN
- The pool will be opened immediately following the April 13 Annual Meeting.
- The Gazebo Bathrooms will be open by Sunday April 14.

- NEW POOL PERGOLA
- Many thanks to Scott and our crew of crafty men who erected the new pergola in the back corner of the pool area. This construction concludes our 2022 Master plan for the pool area remodel, repair, and relandscape. It should provide a little additional shade on those hot summer days and is a handsome addition to the pool deck. Thanks to all who gave up a weekend to get this done!
