Kure Dunes homes are more than 70% occupied by year-round resident home owners. These Rentee/Renter guidelines help promote and maintain the community spirit of Kindness that Kure Dunes Homeowners Association promotes as well as avoid conflict with year-round residents.

A 2-page document is for available for renters: “Kure Dunes Rental Guidelines for Homeowners” and “Kure Dunes Rental Guidelines for Renters. The "Guidelines for Homeowners is an outline of key covenants for property owner reference. The "Guidelines for Renters" provides a reference sheet for your rental guests that can be left in the property and/or included with the rental agreement paperwork. It includes a blank space for contact information for property specific issues. Please post “Kure Dunes Rental Guidelines for Renters” on your property refrigerator or RENTER BULLETIN BOARD for reference. You will also want to make sure this information is captured and conveyed in your rental agreement with your rental agency. Homeowners are responsibile for activities and conduct of their guests and tenants which are in violation of your Kure Dunes Restrictive Covenants.
